What happens if no one is home?

Don’t worry — if the item is small enough, it will be left in your mailbox. If not, your parcel will be dropped off at your local post office for pickup.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Don’t worry. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll gladly update your information. If the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Is your website secure?

This website is 100% secure — in fact, we’d even say 300% secure! Here's why:
First, the site you're browsing is hosted on a secure HTTPS server (you’ll notice the green padlock on the left side of the URL). Most sites secure only their “checkout” pages, but on our site, ALL pages are fully secured.
As for payments, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are among the most trusted and secure payment gateways online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit cards and PayPal payments. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll refund you in full as soon as the item arrives back to us.
Please note: all returned items must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A proof of postage must also be sent to us via email as proof of delivery.
